Return Policy

  • No returns ONLY exchanges.

  • Damage, ineffective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system

Exchanges

  • All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • All exchange requests must include the listed order number.

  • Indicate the details of your exchange; include the size and the item

  • For your expedited returns customers may purchase a shipping label directly from L Y L A

  • Items must be in its original condition.

  • If items are returned to us by mail carrier due to incomplete or insufficient address, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment.

  • Exchange items are the customers responsibility until they are ship exchange address.

  • L Y L A is not liable in cases where a package is lost or stolen in transit after we have sent it to a mail-carrier service and issued a tracking number.

Reserved Rights Regarding Exchanges.

L Y L A reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive exchange history

  • An irregular or excessive exchange history involving defective, worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Delivery Date Estimates

  • Preorder process expected shipping of product is 7-14 Business Days (Weekends and Holidays are not included). Orders shipped will include a tracking number through email. Once the product has been shipped out and email with the tracking number will be issued to customers from the email LYLA@lylaliftsyle.com

  • Preorder production windows may vary.

  • If a product is out of stock, customers will be notified.
